Charged Card Without Sent Purchase

I would highly recommend that in the steps to purchase anything from EC-Council there is no charge of any kind until the emails have been confirmed to have been sent to the customer. I was charged even though there was an error that occurred right after the transaction went through preventing the finalization of the checkout process though still charging my card, on two separate occasions.
